Michael is enjoying his first day in the pool. Mommy is holding him, and he is floating around without a care in the world. Weather was great, there was some shade in the pool. Michael had on his new pool shirt and sun hat. Everything was perfect. The only problem with the whole thing is that we found out a week later, that he was in a death trap. The US Consumer Product Safety Commission recalled the stupid floatie. Here’sthe info from their site: “The leg straps in the seat of the float can tear, causing children to unexpectedly fall into or under the water, posing a risk of drowning.”
Michael can’t wait to get in the pool again, maybe with a floatie that won’t get recalled a week later.
